In Week 6 it was pitch week and I presented my initial major project idea/proposal to Daniel and Paul.

My plan was to present what the problem I am trying to solve is, evaluating that problem and what my proposed solution is. I included what research i had done up to this point, and explained how that had informed my decisions.

At this point, I have an initial brand, but I am definitely going to revisit this as I don’t feel like it represents my product as I would like. I want to have a more professional look and feel to ‘Optic’, so I will be taking some time to reconsider this and create a more suitable brand.

Reflection

I am happy with how my pitch went as I was quite nervous before it. I received some encouraging feedback, which has helped to point me in what my next steps could be. As I said above, I will be revising my brand, and also carrying out further user research to understand my users as best as possible.
