When it came to writing my essay proposal, I did find it quite difficult to get started. So I organised all my research into the different sections that would be in my essay. This was treatment, diagnosis, prevention and female athletes. It was a this point I reworded ‘management’, which was previously in my research question, to ‘diagnosis’. I felt this was more specific to my research and will help me stay focused throughout my essay.

When I started writing, it was a process of just getting my thoughts down on the page. This was mainly just sentences and points I wanted to make. This helped me get into the swing of my writing and essay topic. Taking those sentences and points and turning them into paragraphs. I am happy with how my essay turned out and I feel I introduced my topic and sections quite well.
