The companion device in my project will have a feature for control features within the home. The aim of this is to give the user back some independence and control within their own home, in turn allowing them to stay at home for longer.
To gain a better understanding of this, I researched into smart homes and what features are included. As well as some competitor analysis to follow on from my previous competitor analysis.
A smart home refers to a convenient home home setup where appliances and devices can be automatically controlled remotely from anywhere with an internet connection using a mobile or other networked device.
