Taking the knowledge I gained from my initial research, I started my design process by thinking about what problem I could solve through my design. I also considered who my design would be directed towards and who it would benefit.

Once I looked specifically at why people would need an autonomous vehicle, I dived into what problem my design could solve, or at least make something easier for people. I took a different approach in my user personas where I gave each persona one of the problems I found in my research. My aim was to try and see if there was anywhere I could change something to make the design better.

After I created my user personas, I created a storyboard for the first time. I found this very useful for getting into the head of my user and visualise where my design would actually come into play within the users life. I created an inital storyboard in a class task, and then created another based off of one of my user personas. I also used my user stories as a basis and as a point to refer when building the structure of my storyboard.
